Deepak Chopra states “As humans, we’re constantly acting, thinking, feeling and being in the world but we spend too much time led by our actions and thoughts, we need to feel and just be.”  This is what the mind/body/soul talk is all about.  Balancing means listening for what you need and then acting upon it.


Ask yourself daily…

  • What does my body need right now to be happy?
  • What does my mind need right now to be at peace?
  • What does my soul need right now to soar?


This is the balance we strive for in life to reach wholeness.  Being proactive with our choices, not reacting to others; thoughts of shame and fear, avoidance of pain, creating pain by living in our past, or creating suffering by resisting changes.  These are all choices.

Change your choices, change your life means living each day consciously aware of how you choose to think, feel, act and be in the world. It’s about living your values, your desires, passions, purpose and potential. It’s understanding that everything is your choice and you have the power to change everything!

This is authentic power!
